Development of Career Guidance Skills for Technology Education Teachers in VET
Valga Vocational Training Centre has launched a new international Erasmus+ project “VET-TechCoach”, aimed at developing career guidance skills for VET technology teachers in the fields of technology and STEM.
During the project, a practical career guidance handbook will be created for technology education teachers, and international training sessions and pilot activities will be carried out in Estonia, Latvia, and Greece.
The project helps teachers better support students in their future career choices and strengthens the link between vocational education and the labour market.
