From April 15th to May 4th, four culinary students from Rezekne Technical School, Eduards, Erika, Patricija, and Diana, are undertaking an internship at Valga County Vocational Training Centre as part of the Erasmus+ project. Right from the start of their internship, the Latvian exchange students had the opportunity to participate in French Cuisine Week and visit the AHHAA Science Centre. On April 25th, the students from Rezekne Technical School will collaborate with first-year culinary students from VKÕK group K23 to prepare some of the most delicious dishes of Latvian cuisine, which can be enjoyed at the training restaurant Taru.
